Who Am I?

My name is Justin Allan Montgomery, the founder of The Elite Nurse Practitioner. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a masters of science in nursing. I started The Elite Nurse Practitioner in 2019 with one simple goal: to teach nurse practitioners unique clinical and business skills so they can start their own practice and break free from the rat race. In just 3 years, I was able to scale The Elite Nurse Practitioner into a 7-figure yearly income business. How was I able to do this? By providing consistent and valuable content while solving a unique problem to my profession: lack of autonomy and being underpaid.

The Elite Nurse Practitioner was the pinnacle to building an 8-figure net worth and it has given me the ability to become financially independent before the age of 40 years old (I essentially retired at the age of 38/39). I would have never been able to do this by simply exchanging my time for dollars seeing patients or teaching students at a university, and I doubt you will be able to as well by providing services to clients/patients/businesses. I realized that if I wanted to become financially independent and have an 8-figure net worth so I could live my life on my terms, I needed to build a scalable business that generated a passive income stream with minimal input, and an online profession-focused course business did just that!

And the best part? It was done practically part-time WHILE I continued working and seeing patients. I was making 10x more money and working 10-20 hours a week (basically creating new courses and writing regular content that compounded revenue) by creating a business that has automated processes, leveraging the skills and work of others, and by offering a product that sold itself because of its unique value proposition. It also only took me about 80 focused hours to get the business up and running and resulted in a 7-figure return on that time!

I don’t see patients very often these days, and to be honest, I rarely identify myself as a nurse practitioner anymore… Instead, I identify myself as an online education consultant and entrepreneur because in reality: that is what I have become.

I am now wanting to share my unique experience and knowledge to other professionals who are motivated to build an online course business so they can share their skills, knowledge, and experiences with their profession while building a passive income stream that will give you the opportunity to stop exchanging your precious time for dollars.
